The XDS-HG-400A is a special post-processing machine for small hardware, integrating centrifugal dewatering and hot air drying. It combines high-speed centrifugal force and low-temperature hot air technology to complete dewatering, degreasing and drying in one step.
Exquisitely designed with precise power matching and easy operation, it is specially developed for small-batch precision hardware. It quickly removes water and oil from electroplated parts, watch micro-components, electronic pins, micro screws without damaging surface precision, making it an economical choice for electroplating, watch and electronics industries.

1. All-in-One High Efficiency Integrates centrifugal dewatering (high-speed centrifugal force removes free water) and 1.8KW low-temperature hot air drying. One process completes dewatering + drying without transfer equipment, greatly improving small-batch processing efficiency.

2. Exclusive for Small Precision Parts 400mm inner barrel design ensures even distribution of workpieces, no violent collision during operation, effectively protecting surface precision and avoiding scratches/deformation.

1. Loading: Put workpieces evenly into the 304 stainless steel drum (loading ≤80% volume to avoid overload).
2. Startup: Close and lock the top cover, press the power switch. The machine runs automatically (centrifugal dewatering + hot air drying synchronously).
3. Unloading: After the process finishes, step on the foot brake. When the drum stops completely, open the cover and take out dry workpieces.
4. Cleaning: Remove residues and oil stains, wipe the drum and inner cavity with clean water, keep the machine dry.

1.Clean impurities and oil stains in the drum after each use to avoid blockage of hot air ducts.
2.Lubricate the main motor and bearings every 3 months to reduce wear.
3.Regularly check the sensitivity of the foot brake; replace brake parts if sluggish/jammed.
4.Clean hot air outlets regularly to ensure smooth ventilation; check drum sealing to prevent hot air leakage.
5.Store in dry, ventilated and corrosion-free environment; add desiccant for long-term storage to prevent rust.
