The 3D Eco-Friendly Chamfering Grinding Equipment is a medium eco-friendly soundproof vibratory grinding machine exclusively engineered for mass regular hardware parts processing. Fully upgraded from the XDS-ZD-500A with enhanced eco-friendly sound insulation and automated configurations, it is equipped with a 7.5KW high-power motor and a 500L effective volume for high grinding efficiency. It features an electric lift industrial-grade soundproof cover made of imported sound-absorbing cotton and sound insulation boards, operating at a noise level ≤65dB. The electrically liftable cover enables easy feeding and tank cleaning for hassle-free operation.
Configured with a full-automatic hydraulic discharge port and an intelligent PLC control system with multi-formula storage, the machine is lined with 20mm ultra-thick wear-resistant PU rubber. Ideal for continuous processing of mass hardware parts such as standard parts and fasteners, it serves as the core production equipment for eco-friendly hardware processing plants.
