Brown fused alumina oblique cylindrical polishing stones are abrasive blocks formed by fusing brown fused alumina sand with other mineral powder raw materials at high temperatures. When used with specialized polishing machines, they can perform surface treatments such as deburring, descaling, rust removal and chamfering on workpieces, delivering smooth and refined surface quality.

 

Selection Principles

  • Particle Size Selection: Choose coarse-grained abrasive blocks for rough grinding and fine-grained ones for precision grinding.
  • Abrasive Size Matching: Use small abrasive blocks for small workpieces and large abrasive blocks for large workpieces.
  • Hardness Selection: Select the appropriate abrasive hardness based on processing efficiency and wear resistance requirements.

 

Workpieces with Holes/Grooves:

Abrasive blocks should be 1.5 times larger than the holes/grooves for surface polishing.
