Working Principle
Adopts the "low-speed revolution + precise rotation" precision grinding principle. The 7.5KW energy-saving motor drives the aluminum turntable for low-speed revolution. High-precision quiet nylon gears drive four small barrels for reverse low-speed rotation, generating gentle and uniform dual centrifugal force.
Ultra-precision parts and micro-abrasives form a low-density, gentle grinding zone under centrifugal force. Abrasives perform light, all-round grinding on parts, removing burrs and chamfering while maximizing dimensional accuracy and surface finish-avoiding deformation and scratches from high-speed grinding.
Compared to traditional equipment, grinding force is easily controllable. Precise speed adjustment enables gradual processes from micro-deburring to mirror polishing, meeting high requirements of ultra-precision parts.
Electrical System Features
Equipped with an energy-saving imported inverter + touch speed control panel (speed accuracy ±0.5 RPM), supporting micro-speed grinding (5-20 RPM) for ultra-precision/ultra-thin parts (no vibration or jamming at low speeds).
Touch panel functions include grinding time preset, speed display, grinding mode selection, and emergency stop. It can store 3 sets of commonly used grinding parameters for one-click recall, saving setup time.
Comprehensive safety protection system: two-way travel switch interlock, barrel cover unclosed protection, grinding fluid level alarm, and equipment tilt protection (equipment won't start if cover is loose; automatic alarm for low fluid level; immediate shutdown if tilted-eliminating equipment failure and part damage). Installation & Adjustment
Installation Requirements
1.Place on a level epoxy floor in cleanrooms; adjust leveling feet for full horizontality (no vibration). Use anti-static rubber pads between feet and floor to prevent static buildup.
2.Test motor winding insulation resistance with a 500V megohmmeter (≥0.5 MΩ; ensure good insulation to avoid static from leakage).
3.Connect to 380V three-phase industrial power (stable voltage) with an independent switch. Ensure turntable rotates clockwise (top view) with reliable grounding (ground resistance ≤3Ω, anti-static grounding required).
4.Conduct a 10-minute no-load test after installation (check for abnormal noise/vibration; verify touch panel accuracy) before formal use.
Later Adjustment
1.Inspect motor belt tension every 400 operating hours (fine-tune via precision screw mechanism). Replace worn belts with anti-static ones to prevent static.
2.Ultra-fine stainless steel barrel tilting chain: adjust tension via micro-tension pulley (adjust gently to avoid chain breakage from over-tightening).
3.Regularly check the sealing performance of the spin-on cover. Adjust fine-tuning screws at the barrel ends if leakage occurs to ensure tight fitting and prevent grinding fluid splatter.
Operation & Daily Maintenance
Operation Steps
1.Power on, unlock the touch panel. Select stored grinding parameters or manually set speed and time. In manual mode, adjust the barrel to 5° forward tilt via inching switch and unscrew the spin-on cover.
2.Pre-treat workpieces (ultra-clean degreasing, anti-static treatment). Load workpieces and micro-abrasives at a 1:3 ratio into separate partition grids (one part type per grid to avoid mixing), filling 60% of each grid's volume. Add ultra-precision grinding agent and deionized water (just submerging materials), then tighten the cover securely.
3.Start the equipment to run at preset low speeds. Shut down every 60 minutes of continuous operation to ventilate and cool the barrel (prevents aging of the food-grade polyurethane liner).
4.After grinding, tilt the barrel slowly via inching switch to discharge materials into a receiving trough with ultra-fine filters (precise separation of parts and abrasives). Clean the separated parts immediately with ultra-pure water.
Daily Maintenance
1.Lubricate all bearings with anti-static calcium-based grease after 300 operating hours. Clean bearings regularly with lint-free cloth to prevent dust/micro-abrasive ingress.
2.Clean the barrel interior, partitions, and receiving trough with deionized water after daily use; dry with lint-free cloth and conduct anti-static treatment on the polyurethane liner (prevents micro-parts from static adsorption). Replace scratched acrylic door panels promptly.
3.Open the electrical cabinet weekly: clean dust with a cleanroom air blower, check dehumidifier operation and terminal tightness. Calibrate the touch panel and inverter monthly to ensure precision.
4.For cleanroom use: clean the equipment surface daily with cleanroom-compatible materials; regularly inspect anti-static performance. For long-term storage: remove abrasives/grinding fluid, rust-proof and anti-static treat metal parts, power off, and cover with a cleanroom dust cover.
