Usage Instructions
1. Arc-Surface Workpieces (Spherical, Cylindrical)
- The radius of the spherical/cylindrical grinding stone should be smaller than that of the workpiece's arc surface
- Ratio of grinding stone to workpiece: 2:1-3:1 for rough grinding; 3:1-5:1 for medium/fine grinding
- Recommended abrasive for rough grinding: FLSM70-12M (highest grinding efficiency, ideal for removing thick burrs, flash, oxide scale, rust spots and deep scratches)
2. Workpieces with Multiple Flat Surfaces (Tableware, Cutting Tools)
- Suitable grinding stone shapes: Spherical, triangular, oblique cylindrical, square
- Workpiece size should be approximately twice the grinding stone size
- Ratio of grinding stone to workpiece: 2:1-3:1 for rough grinding; 3:1-5:1 for medium/fine grinding
- Recommended abrasive for medium grinding: FLSM120-240M (effective for removing small burrs, flash and fine scratches, suitable for workpieces after rough grinding)
3. High-Rigidity Workpieces
- No restriction on grinding stone shape; grinding stone size should be larger than the workpiece (improves grinding efficiency and facilitates sorting)
- Ratio of grinding stone to workpiece: 3:1-3:1 for rough grinding; 4:1-6:1 for medium/fine grinding
- Recommended abrasive for fine grinding: FLSM Φ2.0 1000M-Φ14 (suitable for bright finishing of workpieces after rough and medium grinding, or one-step fine grinding)
4. Deformable Workpieces (Thin Sheets, Slender Parts)
- Smaller workpieces require smaller grinding stone sizes; recommended shapes: Spherical, cylindrical, square
- Ratio of grinding stone to workpiece: 2:1-3:1 for medium grinding; 4:1-6:1 for fine grinding
- Recommended abrasive for ultra-fine grinding: FLSM Φ10 1200M-Φ2.5 (ideal for ultra-fine finishing of metal and non-metal workpieces)
5. Workpieces with Holes/Grooves
- Grinding stone size should be 2/10-3/10 smaller than the hole diameter (to prevent clogging); for surface polishing, size should be 1/3-2/5 larger than the holes/grooves
- Recommended shapes: Spherical, oblique cylindrical, triangular
- Ratio of grinding stone to workpiece: 2:1-3:1 for rough grinding; 3:1-5:1 for medium/fine grinding
6. Soft Metal Workpieces (Aluminum, Zinc, Copper Alloys)
- Recommended abrasive: Plastic abrasive FLSM Φ400-Φ2.5 (suitable for rough, medium and fine grinding of soft metals, achieving bright finishing effect)
7. Threaded Workpieces
- Recommended shapes: Spherical, conical (to avoid damaging threads and deformation)
- Ratio of grinding stone to workpiece: 3:1-5:1
