Product Principle
High-speed polishing is achieved by uniformly dispersed large-particle colloidal silica and other particles. The low-impurity, high-purity formula effectively reduces processing contamination. Colloidal particles act flexibly to avoid physical damage to workpieces, balancing polishing efficiency and processing precision.
Application Scope
Widely used in nano-level chemical mechanical polishing (CMP) of various materials, including silicon wafers, compound crystals, precision optical components, hard disk platters, mobile phone accessories, computer accessories, display screens and other products.
Usage Notes
1.The product may thicken or even turn into a frozen state after long-term storage. Dilute it with water at a 1:1 ratio (fluid to water) and stir evenly before use.
2.Pay attention to the system viscosity when adding the product to avoid re-flocculation caused by excessively low substrate viscosity and insufficient shear rate.
