High-efficiency Grinding Equipped with a dual-drive transmission system: the motor drives the turntable for revolution, and the roller barrels realize reverse uniform rotation via gear sets. The double centrifugal force creates strong friction between abrasives and workpieces, achieving efficient and uniform surface finishing with high processing consistency.

• Comes with a fixture quick clamping mechanism and fixture detachment warning device, greatly reducing manual operation intensity.
• Adopts a fully enclosed protective device and bidirectional travel switch interlock circuit. The turntable and barrel flipping mechanism will automatically power off when the machine door is closed (during operation), ensuring maximum operator safety.
• Three-color indicator light for clear status reminder: yellow for standby, red for fault/barrel flipping, green for automatic operation.

• Configured with an internationally renowned frequency converter for arbitrary speed adjustment of the barrel turntable, adapting to grinding requirements of different spectacle workpieces.
• Supports manual/auto dual operation modes: auto mode for set-program continuous processing; manual mode for flexible position adjustment of turntable and barrels (jog control).
• Equipped with a professional PLC control interface, allowing precise setting of working time, forward/reverse rotation time, start/brake time and interval time.

Structural Composition

The Automatic Barrel Grinding Equipment is composed of key components including a protective cover, machine frame, roller turntable assembly, electrical control cabinet, and receiving slot, with a modular design for easy maintenance and part replacement.

1.Place the machine on a level cement ground and ensure the four feet are fully padded for stability (fix with anchor bolts if there is large vibration).
2.Test the motor winding and insulation resistance with a 500V megohmmeter (the value shall not be less than 0.38 MΩ); conduct drying treatment if the standard is not met before power on.
3.Connect the power supply and ground wire strictly; the turntable should rotate from top to bottom (forward rotation) when viewed from the safety door direction.
4.Check and adjust the tightness of motor bearings and barrel flipping chains after initial operation to ensure smooth running.

Regular Inspection
1.Check V-belts and gears within 2 weeks of new machine operation, then monthly; fill bearing housings with lubricating oil on the same cycle.
2.Replace the lubricating oil of the gear reducer and clean/replenish chain lubricating grease monthly.
3.Check the whole machine for loose screws, abrasive leakage at barrel doors monthly; inspect small barrels for wear and loose screws weekly.
4.Test the grounding resistance of the machine regularly to ensure electrical safety.

Operational Precautions
1.Stop the machine immediately and report to maintenance personnel if any abnormal noise or fault occurs during operation; do not modify or remove machine parts without authorization.
2.Avoid frequent and rapid power switch operation under normal conditions to prevent damage to the frequency converter and other electrical components.
3.Keep electrical parts away from water; do not operate electrical switches with wet hands; cover power lines with insulating rubber tubes to prevent electric leakage and short circuit.
4.Only one operator is allowed to take workpieces after the machine is completely stopped to avoid safety accidents caused by misoperation.
5.The emergency stop button must be in the unlocked position before starting the machine; follow the operating procedures strictly for manual/auto mode switching.
