Installation & Adjustment
(1) Installation Requirements
1.Installed by professional automated equipment technicians on reinforced concrete floors with load-bearing capacity ≥7000KG/㎡. Use heavy-duty shockproof cast iron feet and level the machine with a spirit level
2.Test motor windings and insulation resistance with a 500V megohmmeter (minimum resistance: 0.6MΩ)
3.Power supply: 380V three-phase industrial power with independent high-power control cabinet and grounding (ground resistance ≤4Ω). Compressed air supply: 0.6-0.8MPa for pneumatic devices
4.Connect and calibrate feeding, discharging, and conveying systems for smooth operation
5.Conduct no-load automated test run to verify system coordination, touchscreen accuracy, and safety protection functions before official use
(2) Post-installation Adjustments
1.Inspect and adjust motor belts and tilting chains every 200 operating hours
2.Regularly optimize vibratory feeder frequency, feeding speed, and pneumatic pressure for precise feeding and thorough discharging
