1.A high-grade fully synthetic cutting fluid free of phenol and nitrite. It features strong emulsification, excellent resistance to contaminated oil, and compatibility with both soft and hard water. With outstanding lubrication, rust prevention, cooling, sedimentation, and low-foaming properties, it offers reliable performance in various metalworking scenarios.
2.Suitable Metal Materials: Ferrous metals, copper, aluminum and its alloys, cast iron, carbon steel, stainless steel, and other cemented carbides.
3.Applicable Processing Methods: Centerless grinding, groove grinding, surface grinding, cylindrical grinding, etc.
4.Specifically suitable for the grinding processing of computer hard disks.

1.Mix the product with water at a specified concentration in a clean container. Stir gently with a metal rod, then pour or pump the mixture into the equipment tank.
2.If the above method is not feasible, directly pour or pump water and the product into the equipment tank in the specified ratio (order does not matter). Allow the equipment's pump to circulate for 5 minutes to achieve a uniform mixture. Recommended working concentration: 3-5%.

When diluted with hard water, the solution may appear slightly turbid initially but will clear up shortly, without affecting processing performance.
