This versatile abrasive paste is designed for use with various grinding and polishing machines. It is ideal for grinding and polishing:

• Hardware parts, steel components, stamped parts, die-cast parts, and stainless steel products.
• Key benefits include: reducing surface scratches, enhancing surface smoothness, improving gloss, removing burrs, degreasing, eliminating oxides, and thorough cleaning-all in one process.

Oil Removal & Cleaning: Pour the paste into a prepared container. Immerse workpieces in the solution for 1 - 10 minutes to remove oil and contaminants.

Oxide Scale Removal: After cleaning, soak workpieces with oxide scale in the paste solution at room temperature for 2 - 5 minutes. Proceed to grinding or tumbling.

Barrel Tumbling Process:

• Place abrasives into a hexagonal barrel tumbler.
• Load cleaned workpieces (oxide scale removed) into the barrel-loading capacity should not exceed 40%.
• Add abrasive paste (3% - 5% of the total load) and clean water.
• Tumble for 10 - 45 minutes, then dry the workpieces.

Grinding Machine Process:

• Place abrasives into the grinding machine.
• Load cleaned workpieces into the machine (recommended loading capacity: 40%).
• Add abrasive paste (1% - 3% of the workpiece weight) and clean water.
• Grind for 10 - 45 minutes, then dry the workpieces.

1.Wear chemical-resistant gloves and a protective hat before use to avoid direct skin contact.
2.In case of accidental eye contact, rinse immediately and thoroughly with plenty of clean water.

1. Packaging: 50KG per plastic barrel. Transport as general chemical products-handle with care, avoid rough handling, and do not invert. Shelf life: 12 months.
2. Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and rain.
