The Bow-Type Vibratory Grinding Machine is a large industrial-grade eco-friendly soundproof vibratory grinding machine independently developed by our company, designed for large/heavy hardware parts and workshops with high environmental & explosion-proof requirements. Equipped with a 9KW explosion-proof vibration motor and 700L effective volume, it provides strong grinding force and high efficiency. Fitted with a heavy-duty electric lift soundproof cover (double-layer imported sound-absorbing cotton + fireproof sound insulation board), the running noise ≤68dB, complying with dual national standards of explosion-proof and environmental protection.
Controlled by a 10-inch intelligent PLC touch screen (supports 100 groups of formula storage), it is equipped with a full-automatic feeding, hydraulic discharging and abrasive recycling system. The tank is lined with 25mm military-grade wear-resistant PU rubber, supporting 24-hour uninterrupted operation and automation line linkage. It is ideal for heavy workpiece processing in large auto parts factories and engineering machinery factories, realizing environment-friendly, automated and intelligent grinding.
