The Horizontal Eco-Friendly Vibratory Grinding Machine is a medium horizontal vibratory grinding machine independently developed by XinDingsheng, breaking the structural limitations of traditional vertical grinders. Adopting a horizontal drum-type vibratory grinding design, it drives abrasives and workpieces to perform axial and radial dual motion inside the drum for more uniform, blind-spot-free grinding.
Equipped with a 15KW high-power horizontal vibration motor and a 700L effective volume, it features strong grinding force and high efficiency. The drum is lined with imported wear-resistant PU rubber and fitted with openable end covers for easy loading and cleaning. Paired with a heavy-duty shock-absorbing base, it operates stably with low noise. Ideal for deburring and polishing of long and special-shaped hardware parts, it completely solves the problems of uneven grinding and easy deformation of long workpieces with vertical grinders.

1.Horizontal drum design for long/special-shaped workpieces The horizontal drum-type vibratory structure enables dual axial and radial motion of abrasives and workpieces, perfectly processing long, special-shaped and tubular hardware parts. It thoroughly eliminates uneven grinding and easy deformation issues of long workpieces caused by vertical grinders.

2.Dual-motion grinding for blind-spot-free uniformity The drum rotates at low speed while the horizontal vibration motor generates high-frequency vibration, creating strong friction and impact between abrasives and workpieces. All parts of the workpiece are fully ground with no dead angles or missed areas, ensuring stable processing quality.

3.Openable end covers for easy operation The drum is equipped with large openable end covers on both sides, facilitating quick loading, unloading, tank cleaning and abrasive replacement, which greatly improves operational efficiency.

4.Specialized horizontal motor for stable operation Fitted with a 15KW dedicated horizontal vibration motor, it adopts a coaxial design with the drum for more efficient vibration transmission and strong grinding force.
