The Horizontal Eco-Friendly Vibratory Finishing Machine is a large horizontal vibratory grinding machine R&D-designed for ultra-long strip and heavy special-shaped workpieces. Upgraded with a 15KW dual horizontal vibration motor and a 1000L effective volume, it features a larger drum that can process long workpieces with a length ≤ 600mm.
Driven by dual synchronous motors, it delivers higher vibration frequency and more uniform grinding. The drum is lined with 25mm military-grade wear-resistant PU rubber for extreme wear and impact resistance, and equipped with a full-automatic hydraulic end cover for one-click opening and unloading. Paired with an industrial hydraulic shock absorption system, it operates stably with low noise and supports linkage with automatic production lines. Ideal for processing long strip/heavy special-shaped parts in large hardware processing plants and auto parts factories, it achieves industry-leading grinding efficiency and processing quality.

1.Dual horizontal motor drive for industry-leading grinding force Synchronous driven by a 15KW dual horizontal vibration motor, it boasts industry-leading vibration frequency and grinding force, quickly removing stubborn burrs and thick flash on long strip/heavy special-shaped workpieces. 90% higher grinding efficiency than the 700A model.

2.Large-size drum for ultra-long strip workpieces 1000L effective volume enables processing of ultra-long strip workpieces (length ≤ 600mm) such as drive shafts, long bolt rods and tubular fittings, solving the problem of processing size limitations of traditional equipment.

3.Full-automatic hydraulic end cover for high-efficiency unloading Equipped with a full-automatic hydraulic end cover with one-click opening and closing, no manual disassembly is required for unloading. It can completely discharge workpieces and abrasives in the drum with no residue or dead angles, 80% higher unloading efficiency.

4.Military-grade lining for an ultra-long service life 25mm military-grade wear-resistant PU rubber lining with excellent wear, impact and acid-alkali resistance, endures grinding impact of heavy special-shaped workpieces with only 0.3%/H abrasive loss. Its service life is more than twice that of ordinary equipment.

5.Hydraulic shock absorption system for ultimate stability Adopts an industrial hydraulic shock absorption system that automatically adjusts shock absorption force according to grinding load. The equipment runs without sloshing or resonance, maintaining stability even under full load with low noise.

6.Intelligent PLC control with automation linkage support 10-inch intelligent PLC touch screen supporting storage of 100 sets of formulas, with standard automation interfaces. It can link with automatic feeding and unloading machines to realize automated operation of the grinding process.
