The XDS-ZD-6500A Full Automatic Tunnel Type Vibratory Grinding Machine is a large-scale continuous surface finishing equipment independently R&D by our company. It integrates six core functions: automatic workpiece feeding, continuous vibratory grinding, environmental noise reduction, spray cleaning, abrasive recycling and workpiece drying. Controlled by an intelligent PLC touch screen, it enables precise adjustment of grinding time, conveying speed and machine inclination, realizing fully automated whole process from workpiece feeding to finished product drying.
The grinding tank is lined with imported DuPont PU rubber featuring acid-alkali resistance and wear resistance. Equipped with a high-power vibration motor, it boasts high grinding efficiency and uniform processing with a daily output of over 20 tons. Ideal for continuous deburring, edge chamfering and polishing of mass workpieces in hardware manufacturing, auto parts, fastener and other industries, it completely replaces manual operation, greatly improving production efficiency and reducing labor costs.

1.Fully automated whole process for high-efficiency mass processing Integrating feeding, grinding, cleaning, abrasive recycling and drying, it requires no manual transfer and supports continuous operation for mass production needs. Grinding efficiency is more than 3 times higher than traditional equipment, and only 3 operators are needed to run the whole machine, significantly reducing labor costs.
2.Imported wear-resistant lining for long service life The grinding tank is fully lined with DuPont PU rubber, which is acid-alkali resistant, impact resistant and scratch-proof for workpieces. Its wear resistance is more than 5 times that of ordinary rubber, the equipment runs continuously for a long time without damage, and the replacement cost is low.
3.Intelligent precise control for stable processing quality Equipped with a PLC intelligent touch screen, it can freely adjust grinding time, conveying speed and machine inclination to adapt to the grinding requirements of workpieces with different materials and specifications. Processed workpieces feature uniform surface, burr-free edges and rounded chamfers, achieving a product qualification rate of over 98%.
4.Environmental noise reduction design complying with workshop standards Fitted with a double-layer environmental noise reduction cover made of PP material + high-density sound-absorbing cotton, the running noise is ≤75dB, meeting industrial production noise standards. Meanwhile, the equipment is equipped with a built-in abrasive recycling system with only 0.3%/H abrasive loss, realizing energy saving and environmental protection.
5.Multi-protection design for safe and stable operation The machine lifting system consists of 2 linked 10-ton elevators with screw locking function to prevent falling during lifting. All motors are equipped with overload and short-circuit protection, ensuring the equipment runs continuously for a long time without faults with high stability.
Working Principle
The equipment generates high-frequency vibration through a high-power vibration motor to drive the relative movement of abrasives and workpieces in the grinding tank, realizing deburring, edge chamfering and polishing of workpieces by virtue of strong friction and impact between abrasives and workpieces.
Workpieces enter the grinding tank via the automatic feeding conveyor belt, and are conveyed to the spray cleaning area after grinding to remove surface abrasives and impurities. Then they pass through a turning mechanism to shake off water, and enter the tunnel drying box for drying. At the same time, abrasives are sorted by a vibratory screening machine and returned to the grinding tank via the recycling conveyor belt to realize abrasive recycling. The whole process is automatically controlled by PLC program with no manual intervention.
Scope of Application
Widely applicable for mass workpiece processing in auto parts, hardware fasteners, construction hardware, plumbing fittings, stamped parts and other industries. It can process various metal workpieces such as screws, nuts, bolts, stamped parts, bearing sleeves and small auto parts, completing processes including deburring, edge chamfering, surface polishing and surface finishing.
Installation & Maintenance
Installation
1.The equipment must be placed on a level cement ground with four feet padded and fixed firmly.
2.Adopt three-phase five-wire 380V power supply with reliable grounding. Test the motor insulation resistance with a 500V megohmmeter (≥0.38 MΩ) before power on.
Maintenance
1.Clean residues in the grinding tank and waste recycling box daily.
2.Check the tightness of the abrasive recycling conveyor belt weekly.
3.Add lubricating oil to all motors and bearings monthly.
4.Inspect the integrity of the noise reduction cover and seals quarterly, and replace aging parts in a timely manner.

1.18-month warranty for core components (vibration motor, frequency converter, PLC controller); 12-month warranty for the whole machine.
2.Free on-site maintenance and original spare parts replacement for non-artificial damage within the warranty period.
