The GSA-240A is a heavy-duty large-capacity automatic eddy current finishing machine designed for mass & large-scale production, featuring strong power, high loading capacity, stable operation and high intelligence.

• Dual-tank linked eddy grinding structure: 7.5KW heavy-duty motor drives dual rotating discs, grinding efficiency doubled compared with standard models.
• Ultra-wear-resistant design: Thick-walled manganese steel tank with 30mm imported PU lining (80% longer service life), wear, impact and tear resistant for heavy-load grinding.
• Fully enclosed automatic system: Equipped with intelligent temperature control, automatic liquid replenishment and slag discharge; optional anti-collision partitions, electromagnetic sorting and grinding fluid circulation system for unmanned production.

Main Structure

Consists of dual grinding tank assembly, automatic sorting system, heavy-duty frame, intelligent flip discharge mechanism, industrial electrical cabinet and grinding fluid circulation system:

1. Dual grinding tanks: 240L total capacity, 30mm PU lining, independent/synchronous 90° automatic flip discharge
2. Automatic sorting: Electromagnetic vibration sorter with multi-layer screens (99.8% sorting efficiency), automatic abrasive recycling
3. Heavy-duty frame: H-shaped steel welded, stress-relieved, low vibration for heavy-load stability
4. Intelligent discharge: Servo drive, adjustable flip angle, anti-jamming & overload protection

Working Principle

Based on centrifugal eddy current grinding: Dual rotating discs generate super strong centrifugal force, forming high-density spiral eddy motion of abrasives, workpieces and fluid. All-round friction & rolling covers inner holes and dead corners, realizing fast deburring and polishing. Dual-tank synchronous operation improves efficiency by 100% with uniform surface finish, no deformation or scratches.

1. Delta inverter control: 0~180r/min stepless speed (±0.5r/min accuracy), dual discs synchronous/independent speed regulation
2. 10-inch touch screen: Visual parameter setting, 10 groups of process storage, one-key recall for multi-variety production
3. All-round safety protection: Overload, overheat, over-limit, jamming and low liquid level protection with alarm & fault display
4. Intelligent sensor module: Automatic liquid replenishment, temperature control, positioning and sorting, unmanned operation
5. MES system docking: Real-time data upload for remote monitoring and production management
6. Dual power supply: Emergency power for tank reset and valve closing during power failure

1. Install on reinforced concrete ground (load ≥2000KG/㎡), adjust heavy-duty leveling feet
2. Motor insulation resistance ≥0.5MΩ, 380V three-phase power (≥50A) with reliable grounding
3. Set rotating disc gap to 1.0~1.5mm, adjust heavy-duty V-belt tension (2~3cm deflection)
4. Calibrate flip limit, sorting system and grinding fluid circulation

Operation

• Loading ratio: Workpiece:Abrasive = 1:2.5, max total loading 200L, water level 3~5cm above abrasives
• Speed setting: Rough grinding 120~160r/min, fine grinding 50~100r/min
• Fully automatic process: Grinding → liquid replenishment → discharge → sorting → abrasive recycling → reset

Maintenance

• Degrease workpieces before mass grinding
• Lubricate bearings every 300 running hours, gearbox every 500 hours
• Replace wearing parts (bearings 3520/8220, oil seals 80×110×15, PU lining) with original parts
• Clean grinding fluid system weekly, maintain electrical system monthly
