As a flagship upgraded multi-station model of the 38A series, this machine is a triple-barrel high-precision vortex finishing machine with a total power of 6.6KW and three independent inverter motors. The three 38L grinding barrels adopt a linear independent layout, enabling simultaneous processing of three different workpieces or execution of three processes (dry/wet grinding). One machine directly replaces three single-barrel machines, and it is exclusively built for the processing of small-batch, multi-variety medium-sized precision parts in jewelry, electronics, watch and eyewear industries, realizing intensive and efficient production.

1. Triple-Barrel Linear Independent Grinding: Linear open grinding barrel design with complete no inter-station interference supports real-time independent sampling, completely avoiding mixed grinding. The compact layout balances multi-variety processing efficiency and workshop space utilization.
2. Standardized Imported Thick PU Lining: All grinding barrels adopt one-piece cast 20mm imported ultra-thick wear-resistant PU with wear and tear resistance, effectively preventing workpiece deformation and scratches. 100% standardized and unified accessories greatly reduce equipment maintenance costs.
3. Triple-Station High-Precision Gap Design: Each station can be optionally equipped with tungsten alloy/ceramic washers with a precise gap ≤0.035mm, ensuring highly consistent precision of each station, no material leakage, no grinding dead corners, and perfectly suitable for fine chamfering and mirror polishing.
4. Three-Channel Independent Inverter Control: All three barrels support stepless speed regulation from 0~450r/min with an accuracy of ±0.5r/min, and each barrel is equipped with independent timing and automatic forward/reverse functions, realizing synchronous processing of three processes and doubling production efficiency.
5. Triple Hydraulic Independent Barrel Tipping for Discharging: Each of the three barrels is equipped with an independent hydraulic support rod, which can be freely tilted at 0~90°, easy to operate, and achieves residue-free discharging. Sorting at each station does not interfere with each other, improving the subsequent sorting efficiency of processing.
6. Full-Dimensional Process Mode Combination: Supports four working modes: full wet grinding, full dry grinding, two wet & one dry grinding, and one wet & two dry grinding, covering all finishing processing needs and solving multi-process and multi-variety processing problems in one stop.

Adopting triple-station centrifugal vortex grinding technology, three inverter motors independently drive the corresponding rotating discs to generate controllable centrifugal force, making the grinding medium and workpieces form high-density spiral vortex motion within the precision gap of ≤0.035mm, and matching the grinding mode according to process requirements:

• Wet grinding (40~90r/min): Completes workpiece deburring and fine chamfering through gentle friction to ensure workpiece edge precision;
• Dry grinding (120~450r/min): Achieves mirror polishing and high-brightness finishing of workpieces through high-speed rolling with polishing powder.

Independent control, sampling and barrel tipping of the three barrels realize intensive synchronous production of multi-variety precision parts, greatly shortening the processing cycle.

1. Installation Conditions: Place on reinforced concrete ground (ground load ≥1200KG/㎡), connect to 380V 63A power supply. The equipment's precision gap is factory pre-calibrated ≤0.035mm and can be used after recheck;
2. Daily Cleaning and Maintenance: Degrease and derust workpieces before grinding, thoroughly clean the grinding barrels and internal residual grinding media and workpiece debris every day to avoid affecting grinding precision;
