The Vibrating Finishing Machine is an industrial device primarily utilized for the surface treatment of metal workpieces-including processes such as deburring, chamfering, and polishing-and is ideally suited for the precision processing of components in sectors such as automotive parts, metal stampings, and medical devices.
This equipment employs a vibrating motor to drive an eccentric block, generating three-dimensional vibrations that induce a circular, helical motion between the workpieces and the abrasive media within the processing tub. The interior of the tub is lined with polyurethane or wear-resistant rubber to minimize abrasion and reduce noise levels. The machine is equipped with a PLC control system, enabling automated operation and variable frequency speed control; it features integrated functions for automatic feeding, screening, drainage, discharging, and abrasive media recovery. The standard operating voltage is 380V. The machine's structural design incorporates a sound-dampening enclosure, and select models feature a touchscreen interface for operation; furthermore, the equipment supports non-standard customization to meet specific requirements.
