Users can switch pressure modes during operation; the machine will automatically stop and trigger an alarm once the preset grinding time or cycle count is reached, realizing semi-automatic operation.
Leveraging the advantages of bonded abrasive grinding, the abrasive density distribution on the grinding tool is scientifically designed according to the relative motion trajectory density between the workpiece and the tool. This design ensures that tool wear during the grinding process does not compromise the surface profile accuracy, greatly improving workpiece precision and eliminating the hassle of frequent tool dressing.
In flat bonded abrasive grinding, the rotation of the grinding tool serves as the primary motion, while workpiece movement acts as the auxiliary motion. In most cases, workpieces are floated and pressed onto the tool, resulting in unpredictable motion patterns. Therefore, force analysis is required to determine the stress conditions and motion laws of workpieces. By isolating the workpiece as a separate entity of the entire grinding system, a differential equation of force balance is established, and solving this equation yields the motion trajectory of the workpiece.
This basket grinding machine retains the core benefit of combining dispersion and grinding into a single integrated process on one machine. It can also be used independently as a disperser when the dispersion disc is in working position and the grinding basket is raised. For materials requiring fine processing, it can perform pre-dispersion followed by high-efficiency fine grinding once the grinding basket is lowered to the working position.
