Performance & Core Advantages
This is a multi-station independent zone centrifugal finishing machine, specially designed for simultaneous grinding of multi-variety and small-batch parts. Upgraded from the 990A model, it adopts an independent zone drum design, allowing one machine to grind parts of different specifications at the same time without mixing or collision, greatly improving the grinding efficiency of multi-variety parts.
Equipped with a 33KW high-power motor, the speed can be adjusted between 0-100 RPM with strong power. The four sets of drums support synchronous speed regulation and independent unloading, balancing grinding efficiency and operational flexibility. The drum is equipped with detachable ultra-thin polyurethane partitions (only 3mm thick), which ensure high space utilization; the partitions can be freely removed, allowing the drum to be used as a standard one, realizing dual-purpose functionality.
The drum body is made of steel plate, while the inner drums and partitions are made of wear-resistant polyurethane, featuring excellent wear resistance and easy cleaning. The drum covers adopt an independent zone sealing design, enabling separate opening of a single zone's cover for more convenient loading and unloading. The whole machine adopts a fully enclosed structure to prevent grinding fluid splashing, suitable for grinding hardware, electronic and auto parts in multi-variety and small-batch production.

Structure & Working Principle
(1) Overall Structure
Upgraded from the 990A model with an optimized drum zone structure, the machine is mainly composed of a cold-rolled steel upper cover, a welded base, a multi-station zone drum turntable assembly, a multi-functional electrical cabinet and a receiving trough. The core upgrade lies in the four sets of independent zone drums, and other structures are also optimized for more flexible operation.
① Upper Cover: Welded from cold-rolled steel plates, the front protective sliding door adopts a double-door design for simultaneous operation of four drums, with a built-in travel switch that cuts off power when the door is opened. The ventilation louvers at both ends are detachable for easy cleaning and heat dissipation.
② Base: Welded with channel steel, equipped with shockproof foot pads at the bottom. The motor fixing plate adopts a dual-screw adjustment structure, making it easy to adjust the belt tension. A drum group turning mechanism and a multi-compartment receiving trough are installed inside the base; the trough corresponds to drum zones to collect different parts and prevent mixing.
③ Multi-station Zone Drum Turntable Assembly: The large turntable is made of steel plate, with four independent zone drums. The partitions are detachable ultra-thin polyurethane material, fixed by buckles for easy disassembly. The drum covers are independent zone press-type, with each zone having a separate sealed cover that can be opened individually. The drum turning mechanism adopts a worm gear reducer + chain drive, supporting synchronous turning of four drums or independent turning of a single drum (optional). The inner drum is made of wear-resistant polyurethane, installed with a pressure plate for easy replacement.
④ Multi-functional Electrical Cabinet: Made of cold-rolled steel with IP54 dust and water resistance. The electrical control panel is equipped with optional zone inching switches, allowing independent inching control of a single drum for more flexible operation.
(2) Working Principle
Consistent with the core grinding principle of the 990A model, the motor drives the large turntable to revolve, and the gear set drives the four drums to rotate in the opposite direction, forming dual centrifugal force. The key difference is the independent zone design inside the drums: workpieces and abrasives in each zone are ground independently, with centrifugal force only acting within the zone, realizing simultaneous grinding of multi-variety parts without mixing or collision. The four drums support synchronous speed regulation to ensure consistent grinding efficiency and quality across all zones, while independent unloading is available to discharge parts separately according to their grinding progress, enhancing operational flexibility.
Operation & Maintenance
(1) Operating Procedures
① Connect the power supply, press the inching switch to adjust the drum to a position where the front upper mouth is tilted 10° forward. Open the press-type cover of a single zone or all zones as needed.
② Degrease different types of workpieces separately. Load workpieces and abrasives into different zones at a ratio of 1:3, with the loading capacity of each zone being 60%-65% of its volume. Add suitable abrasives and water to each zone (water level should submerge the workpieces and abrasives), and fasten the cover of each zone.
③ Adjust the speed knob to the target speed and start the machine. Continuous grinding should not exceed 90 minutes; shut down for cooling afterward.
④ After grinding, unload separately or synchronously according to the grinding progress of different parts. Pour workpieces from different zones into the corresponding compartments of the receiving trough to prevent mixing.
(2) Daily Maintenance
① After 500 hours of operation, add ZL-3 calcium-based bearing grease to all bearings.
② Clean the interior of each drum zone and receiving trough compartment after daily operation; wipe dry the inner drums and partitions to prevent corrosion from residual grinding fluid. Regularly inspect the sealing rings of zone covers and partition buckles, and replace or fasten them if aged or loose.
③ Frequently check the tension of the motor belt and turning chain, and adjust promptly if abnormalities are found. Clean dust inside the electrical cabinet weekly and check for loose terminal connections.
④ Immediately shut down the machine if abnormal noise occurs during operation; focus on inspecting bolts, bearings, gears, and other components, and replace damaged parts promptly.

Suitable for deburring, chamfering and polishing of multi-variety, small-batch metal parts in hardware, electronics, auto parts, precision machinery and other industries.
