The XDS-TS-630A is a heavy-duty centrifugal dewatering machine developed for industrial mass processing of small hardware. Equipped with a 2.25KW high-power motor and a large exclusive dewatering drum, it delivers efficient and uniform dewatering for large batches of workpieces.
Featuring a robust structure, stable operation and safe braking, it meets the mass production demands of large electroplating plants, hardware manufacturers and tableware factories. It processes large electroplated parts, medium springs, finished tableware, non-standard screws and other industrial small hardware with high dewatering efficiency and large processing capacity, serving as the core post-processing equipment for continuous industrial long production lines.

High-Power Centrifugal Dewatering (2x Efficiency) 2.25KW high-power motor provides strong stable power, 1000r/min rated speed generates high-torque centrifugal force to remove water and oil rapidly. Batch capacity is greatly improved, adapting to continuous feeding of industrial long production lines.
2. Industrial Heavy-Duty Foot Brake Large braking torque and sensitive response, stopping the drum quickly and smoothly even at full load, ensuring equipment and operator safety with no shaking or jamming.

1. Loading: Put mass workpieces evenly into the drum (loading ≤80% volume) to ensure even stress.
2. Startup: Fasten the heavy top cover with double safety buckles, press the power switch for automatic high-power centrifugal dewatering (unmanned operation).
3. Unloading: Step on the heavy-duty foot brake after dewatering, open the cover and unload workpieces when the drum stops completely.
4. Cleaning: Clean residues and oil stains with high-pressure water and industrial detergent, wipe the drum and inner cavity, keep the machine dry.

1.Clean the drum and inner cavity thoroughly after each use to avoid accumulation and equipment failure.
2.Check fixing bolts of motor, bearings and base every 15 days; lubricate motor/bearings with industrial high-temperature grease every 2 months.
3.Inspect brake performance regularly, replace worn brake pads/connecting rods timely to ensure sensitivity.
4.Ensure stable 380V voltage before operation; place in dry, ventilated, corrosion-free environment.
5.Check grounding regularly for safety; clean and rust-proof the machine before long-term storage.
