Product Overview
The SX-100A is a dedicated single-layer screening machine developed by Dingsheng Grinding for separating workpieces and abrasive stones after grinding. Adopting high-frequency vibration screening principle and equipped with 2 customized TECO Taiwan vibration motors, it realizes fast separation even for workpieces with similar size to abrasives.
The whole machine (frame, base, screen plate) is made of stainless steel (rust-proof & corrosion-resistant) for wet grinding separation. The screen adopts tool-free quick-release design for flexible replacement. Dual discharge ports separate workpieces and abrasives automatically with zero mixing. It is the core supporting equipment for post-processing of grinding production lines in hardware, electronics, plating, watch industries, etc.

Working Principle
Dual vibration motors generate uniform high-frequency vibration to drive the screen tumbling. Mixtures of workpieces and abrasives are fed from the top:
Workpieces pass through the screen → discharge from workpiece port
Abrasives stay on the screen → discharge from abrasive portQuick screen replacement adapts to all sizes; dual-port design maximizes separation efficiency.

Operation & Maintenance
Operation Flow
- Pre-operation: Place steadily, install matching screen, connect power correctly, place receiving containers
- Start: Press start button, feed mixtures slowly and evenly
- Screening: Separate automatically, clean receiving containers timely
- Shutdown: Run 30s to empty residues, power off, clean screen and machine
Daily Maintenance
- Daily: Clean screen and machine body, check power cable insulation
- Weekly: Tighten motor bolts, inspect shock-absorbing springs, clean electric box
- Monthly: Lubricate motor bearings, replace worn screens/seals
- Long-term storage: Clean thoroughly, cover with dust cover, store in dry place
