Based on centrifugal eddy current fine grinding principle: The frequency conversion motor drives the tank bottom rotating disc to run at high speed, generating precisely controllable centrifugal force. This drives abrasives, workpieces, and grinding fluid to form high-speed, dense spiral eddy motion within the 0.035mm precision gap. Gentle and uniform friction/rolling between abrasives and ultra-fine workpieces effectively removes micro-burrs, achieves fine edge chamfering and polishing, while avoiding workpiece deformation or scratches caused by excessive grinding force.
