1. When starting a new batch, load 100 kg of 17×17×12 rhombic brown fused alumina media; subsequently, add appropriate amounts as needed to compensate for wear and tear.
2. When starting a new batch, add 2 kg (approximately one water scoop) of degreasing powder. The degreasing powder must be dissolved in 20 kg of water and stirred thoroughly before being added to the tank.
3. Each batch should consist of 800 to 1,200 units of product, with a total weight of approximately 200 to 250 kg.
4. Ensure the equipment is functioning normally before switching on the power supply; only commence the cleaning operation after confirming that the machine's rotation direction is correct.
5. Monitor the equipment closely while it is in operation; if any abnormalities are detected, immediately cut off the power supply and notify the Production Supervisor and Maintenance Technician to resolve the issue.
6. The cleaning duration is 15–20 minutes for aftermarket products, and 20–30 minutes for OE (Original Equipment) products-specifically those bearing printed markings. Unload the products only after verifying that they are free of burrs and surface oil stains.
7. Replace the water and thoroughly clean the media inside the tank after every five cleaning cycles.
8. At the end of each shift, switch off the power supply, drain the cleaning fluid from the tank, clean the inner tank and the media, and finally, thoroughly clean the exterior of the vibratory finishing machine.
