Add workpieces in batches (total 8-12kg) until pins and workpieces rotate high-frequency synchronously without jamming.
  2. Deep Workpiece Cleaning: Use batch degreasing equipment for medium-batch workpieces to remove all oil/stains-oil residue will cause blackening of the entire batch of workpieces and pins, compromising grinding effect.
  3. Notes for Use

 

  1. Safe Operation: Strong magnetic driving force during operation-do not put hands into the tank or remove the tank without lowering frequency (prevents magnetic pinching, workpiece/pin spillage). Dry medium-batch workpieces in batches timely after grinding to avoid oxidation.
  2. Tank Protection: The thickened PV tank is durable but avoid impact/scratches with hard tools. Place medium-batch workpieces gently to prevent tank damage from heavy collision.
  3. Power & Load Requirements: Connect to a dedicated 380V industrial power supply and reliable ground (avoids magnetic interference with surrounding precision equipment). No overloading-processing weight shall not exceed 12kg.
  4. Abnormality Handling: Immediately press the emergency stop button if abnormal noise, weakened magnetic field, or slow pin flow is detected. Inspect the motor, electromagnetic coil, and pin agglomeration; resume operation only after troubleshooting. Contact after-sales for unknown faults.
  5. Fluid Refill: Timely add tap water and grinding fluid for medium-batch grinding to prevent excessive temperature rise (caused by insufficient fluid) which damages workpiece surface quality and pin service life.
