Standard Operating Procedures
- Pre-heavy-duty Commissioning: Turn on the main switch; add plenty of tap water + water-based grinding fluid (70:1 ratio, more fluid for mass grinding) to the ultra-thick PV tank; add large-spec high-wear stainless steel pins and adjust frequency to 30-35HZ for even dispersion. Load workpieces in batches with tooling (total 12-16kg) until pins and workpieces rotate high-frequency and stably synchronously, avoiding overloading.
- Batch Workpiece Degreasing: Use workshop automatic degreasing lines for deep, unified degreasing of mass workpieces to remove all oil and stains-oil residue will cause blackening of the entire tank of workpieces and pins, affecting mass grinding quality.
- Parameter Setting: Set total grinding time (7-12 mins recommended for mass production) and programmable forward/reverse cycle parameters by workpiece material/structure; adjust frequency to matching gear (30-40HZ for die-cast alloys, 40-50HZ for stainless steel, 25-30HZ for hard plastics); enable overload protection, temperature monitoring and liquid level alarm functions.

Notes for Use
- Safe Operation: Industrial-grade heavy-duty model with extremely strong magnetic driving force during operation. Do not put hands/tools into the tank or disassemble/lift the tank without lowering frequency (prevent magnetic pinching and massive workpiece/pin spillage). Dry mass workpieces timely via automatic drying equipment to avoid batch oxidation.
- Installation Requirements: Place on level cement ground with a load capacity ≥500KG/㎡ and fix with a heavy steel structure base to prevent displacement and excessive vibration during 24-hour operation. Connect to a dedicated 380V industrial power supply with an independent distribution cabinet and reliable grounding (grounding resistance ≤4Ω).
- Overload Prohibition: Do not exceed the 16kg processing weight-otherwise the machine will automatically alarm and shut down; forced startup will damage the motor and electromagnetic system. For 24-hour continuous operation, conduct a simple patrol every 8 hours to check coil temperature, liquid level and pin status.
- Tank Protection: The ultra-thick wear-resistant PV tank is durable but avoid impact/scratches with hard tools. Load mass workpieces gently with tooling to prevent tank damage from heavy collision. Repair minor scratches with special repair agent in time to avoid residue adhesion.
